Professional photographer/phodographer Kelly said “One of the best parts of participating in the “Dog Meets World” project was that I was able to use one of my passions to do something for others. I love photography !” She was thrilled to take pictures then print them immediately on-the-site so these beautiful children could have their first permanent memento of their youth.

In an attempt to entice the children to smile Amy would encourage them by saying “Dame una sonreisa grande!” which means “Give me a big smile!” and “Donde esta tu dientes?” which means “Where are your teeth?”, which always got a giggle out of them! Never having had their pictures taken, the children did not automatically smile for the camera.

This little boy watched the printing process from a safe distance. Notice him back behind the other children on the playground. No coaxing by the phodographers enticed him to have his picture taken. However, much later he tentatively approached wanting his first photograph after all.
