Today is Foto’s birthday. She turns twelve! The founder’s friendly cock-a-poo dog was the model for the small plush toy dog seen in all pictures of the Dog Meets World project. She’s the adorable ambassador that helps overcome language barriers in a fun way and servers as a prop to hold for children who are unaccustomed to posing. Most importantly little Foto unites all the photographs and identifies them as part of this important intentional project aiming to connect cultures through photography. HAPPY BIRTHDAY FOTO!

Kristen Woodruff, Phodographer Costa Rica

"The kids are absolutely loving Dog Meets World. For a majority, these were the first images of themselves that they have ever owned."
